The room we stayed in was tidy and had a few beverages, three separate beds, and options of water or soda. 🥤

Had very pleasant stay for your London vacation, the staff were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, location was magnificent close to transport. Location: the hotel was not far from subway station, exchange office in the area, a lot of restaurants and the pub next door and the Italian restaurant on the other side. Found The Pride of Paddington with perfect drinks 100 metres away.

Peter, the staff there was very kind and helpful to help me brung my heavy baggage up and down stairs when he knew that I have hurt my back and was alone with my daughter. Also, the hotel room and facilities are very clean and tidy!
The stairs are narrow and long, the room was smaller than I expected, could harderlt move around after getting into the room with the baggage

No more than a hundred metres from paddington station, no need to mess with the luggage on the tube if you arrive to heathrow. This is all.
Room extremely small. I had read the comments before booking and thus knew that it would be small, but I thought I wouldn't really care how big it was, since we were only staying one night. Well, I was wrong. Our luggage didn't even fit in the room, in which you cannot move if you are not alone. The only way to open our baggage was to put it on the bed, but then of course, you have to get off the bed, but you cannot go anywhere. There is not enough room to open the bathroom door. Believe me, the dimensions of the room are highly depressive. In addition, the room itself was not very clean, though the cleanliness of the bathroom (which I am usually fussy about) was ok. All in all, this is not a good hotel and it is pretty much overpriced.

location was great from paddington station and hyde park
access was in between a pub and a cafe, and a very claustrophobic room and lots of flights of stairs no lift and room not very clean.

The room although small was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equiped with a nice shower. The receptionist/manager was a very pleasant young man.
The hotel staff amounted to one person who seemed to do everything, they need at least another person. When we arrived at about 5pm the front door was locked with a notice "back in 15 mins" on it. We went to the pub next door for a drink and returned in 30 mins, by which time the hotel was open. The receptionist/manager explained that he had to go and get something for another hotel (perhaps he runs more than one?). Clearly understaffing is a problem.
